You are handed the keys
Somewhere beneath the chain sits an old winery, racks empty, barrels waiting. Mint a bottle and rack it: from that block on, the cellar is yours and the clock is running.
Time does the work
For sixty days your bottle ages, and the drip quickens as it deepens — 1x, then 1.5x, 2x, 3x. You do nothing but hold. That is the whole trick: in this cellar, patience is the labor.
What evaporates, you keep
Old vintners say the wine that vanishes from the barrel goes to the angels. Here it drips to you: claim your accrued $WINE any day. The bottle is never burned, never locked, never touched — milk the cow, keep the cow.
Two bottled, one legend
At day 60 the wine is bottled — finished, collectible, done dripping. Bring two of a kind and some ETH to the blending bench: they become one bottle of the next tier, fresh in the barrel. The road ends at Grand Cru.
